If your organization is planning to sell fundraising items as part of an exhibit, please read the information below, and be sure to let us know!
EXHIBIT REGISTRATION DEADLINE: APRIL 10, 2009

Exhibitor Information & Policies:
- Exhibitors assume sole responsibility for all sales, items, transactions, proceeds. Diversity Day, its organizers and partners are not responsible for sales, items, transactions or proceeds from exhibit sales, or for loss or theft of same.
- A liability waiver must be signed upon confirmed receipt of registration form & fee ($25).
- By the Honor System: event organizers expect that 10% of total sales will be donated back to the Diversity Day event.
- Exhibits at Diversity Day are intended for education and enjoyment, any small craft activity or “take away” item for youth is greatly encouraged and appreciated!
- Bring all materials necessary for the day and helpers to assist with loading, setup, take-down, and monitoring your exhibit.
- One table 8’ X 2’ standard foldout with two chairs is provided to each Exhibit, water and refreshments are provided to each Exhibit.
- Bring your own table covering for the Exhibit.
- Exhibits MAY include: Table top foam board foldout displays; Fabrics, traditional garments; Photos, posters, paintings, maps; Crafts demonstrations, interactive games/crafts; artifacts; books, handouts, printed material.
- Electrical power is limited, first come, first-served. Table Numbers assigned first come, first-served. 2 extra chairs up to 4 total per exhibit upon request.
- Exhibit table space at the 2009 Diversity Day Celebration is assigned on a first come first-served basis, until the Exhibit Area is at capacity.
- Exhibitors arrive no later than 10:30 am for setup, will remain for the entire event.. Organizations must make sure their table is staffed for the entire event.
- Diversity Day Celebration, its organizers, sponsors and partners are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any exhibit items or the personal effects of exhibitors.
